Caught some nice pink flowers from my window but I won't be here to view them again. Will have to wait for the next summer. I've been occupied especially in preparing myself for the trip - reminding me to stay simple in mind as well as in my daily preoccupation. Sitting down and spending time with a loved one is more important than getting overly busy with all sorts of unclear plans and activities. When together sometimes you can't just utter everything that is happening but silence does speak a thousand words. Time with a loved one is precious. I hear a quote saying it's the power of presence...
