That lemongrass plant looks amazing! So big. I use lemongrass all the time, but I have never grown it.I use turmeric all the time too but in powder form (I just made a face mask with it last night..LOL). How do you use the fresh root?I would love to have these plants in my garden!

We usually put lemongrass in sauteed chicken/meat or soup. I like the lemongrass aroma, makes me hungry :) We use turmeric to season fish and meat ready for cooking. I would love to have them in my garden too!
