Went out tonight for family dinner at a Chinese home restaurant called Top Rock ... I guess because it's located on rock hilltop.
This Teh Si is so good ...
Some of the food served; steamed red tilapia, roasted chicken, potato leaves, bean curd, corn egg soup. etc ...
